Every piece is packed with care in Massachusetts, but many of our fabrics travel from our karigar partners in Jaipur before they reach you — so please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

• Domestic (US): Standard shipping rates apply at checkout; free shipping on orders over $100
• International: Available at checkout — shipping cost is calculated and paid by the customer
• Tracking is provided via email once your order ships Market/pop-up purchases are handed to you in person and are not subject to shipping timelines

All sales are final. Because each piece is made in small batches and often hand blockprinted to order, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges. 

If your item arrives genuinely damaged or defective, see the note below — we’ll make it
right.

A Note on Handmade Character

Each Patel & Co piece is hand block-printed using traditional Sanganeri techniques passed down through generations of karigar artisans. Small variations in print alignment, color saturation, and fabric texture aren’t flaws — they’re proof of the human hand behind your piece. No two are ever quite identical, and that’s the point.

If you believe your item arrived genuinely damaged or defective (not simply bearing the natural marks of handwork), email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Care Instructions

• Radha Collection (block-printed cotton): Hand wash cold or gentle machine cycle in cold water; line dry out of direct sunlight to preserve print vibrancy; iron on reverse if needed
• Meera Collection (natural jute): Spot clean only; avoid soaking; air dry fully before storing
